Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit q-a.studio or contact us through it. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Italian law.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controllers are Michele Armando and Lorenzo Trucato, sole proprietors operating jointly under the name Q&A Studio, Via Amerigo Vespucci 66, 10128 Torino, Italy. For any privacy matter, write to info@q-a.studio.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us: project type, location, timeline and your message.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server data, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We use no analytics or tracking tools, and we collect no special categories of data.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To read and reply to your enquiry, and to take steps at your request before any possible engagement. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To operate and protect the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where your message goes

Messages reach our info@q-a.studio mailbox, hosted by our email and hosting provider (Newfold Digital / Bluehost) on servers located in the United States. This means your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area; the transfer is covered by the provider's data-processing terms and Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@q-a.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
